This signet ring features a dog-like creature biting its own tail with V-shaped details on each side. This style of artwork is referred to as Trewhiddle and is prevelant in Anglo-Saxon metalwork. 
Based on a yellow gold ring found in Selkirk, Scotland and the original can be found on display in the Nation Museum of Scotland.
Each piece is cast, sized, polished to order so please allow 2-3 weeks
