This Early Medieval ring is based on a bronze find discovered back in 2023 during an archeological dig of Burghead Fort in Moray, Scotland. The peninsula where the fort sits is believed to have been a significant seat of power within the Pictish kingdom between 500AD and 1000AD, easily making the ring over 1000 years old.

Following in the footsteps or rather the file strokes of our Pictish ancestors. This striking kite shape ring was a treat to reproduce. Much like the original this piece has been set with a bright garnet stone but be assured, alternative stones are available by request.
