Based on an archeological find at Dumbuck hill, West Dumbartonshire in Scotland. Formally a Roman fort in the Iron Age when animal figures often represented fertility.
Like to original figurine, these Goaties are made in bronze. I choose to blacken the metal so that only after they’ve been handled over time will they reveal their golden bronze shine. They also come provided with a leather cord so that they can be worn or hung somewhere in your home.
Please note that they can also be finished with a high polish and also made in silver by special request.
